Cradley Heath leisure centre offering self defence lessons

MUGGERS beware! A Cradley Heath leisure centre is offering self defence classes for people who want to beef up their personal safety.
The course at Haden Hill Leisure Centre later this month will help people raise their awareness of potential dangers or difficult situations and learn effective non-aggressive attack forms to deal with them.
Matt Hill, Physical Activity Development Officer, said: “The course aims to make participants feel safer, more aware and more confident in difficult situations.”
The six week course starts on Saturday, February 25 at 10.30am and the whole course of six one hour sessions cost £24 with Sandwell Leisure Trust Leisure Pass members pay just £18.
